Heads up: We sometimes work with companies to provide affiliate links and reviews - here's what that means. If it's here, we use it. We don't plug shit for profit.

"I'm in love with cities I've never been to and people I've never met."

- John Green

You don't need long to fall in love, and cities are no different.

Unlike a road trip, a mountainous hike or a week-long beach holiday, city breaks usually don't last much more than three or four nights, and that's all it takes for a lifetime of wanting to return.

Some cities grab us by the balls and never let us leave, even long after we have left. They play in our heads until we can no longer take the pain and return.

We know city breaks aren't for everyone, but for us, every city is fun and unique with a quirky charm; you simply have to find it.

What to Expect

Honestly, this is all about the city guides.

We have a range of city guides from Australia to England and everything in between. Each provides an in-depth review of the city, how to get there, what there is to do, where we recommend you stay, where to go for food/drinks and a brief insight into your safety in the city.

Check out our latest and greatest city guides, or use the search bar to narrow in on where it is you want to know about.

Sadly, we haven't been everywhere, so if you cannot find a guide, or would like further information or have an update, all you have to do is leave a comment at the bottom of the blog.

Ultimately, the more comments on each city guide, the better, as it will help future travellers with the most up-to-date information. It's what the Far Out Tribe do for each other.
